For our MSS/ATC System, the patents and applications cover features such as various frequency reuse schemes, different terrestrial and satellite air interfaces, dual-mode user devices, network control and frequency planning, among others. We hold 29 granted foreign patents. Assuming that all maintenance fees and annuities continue to be paid, the patents expire on various dates from 2016 until 2024. “ICO” and the associated ICO corporate logo are our registered trademarks in the United States, and we maintain trademarks in approximately 35 foreign jurisdictions.
